- Anyone who has ever gotten an NOI.PH Finals medal or Honorable Mention award is invited
- Then, the top nonzero scoring participants among the semi-finalists are invited until 40 students are reached (or all nonzero-scoring participants are exhausted).

30 participants: Delegation selected according to Finals performance, specifically:
- Anyone who has ever gotten an NOI.PH Finals medal or Honorable Mention award is invited (now including 2026 Finals)
- For 2026 Finals, an HM is awarded to all in the top half of the scoreboard (top 20)
- Then, participants among the non-auto-qualifying finalists (i.e. those who went through semi-finals) are invited until 30 students are reached, prioritizing those with a higher cumulative Semi-Final Round + Final Round score.

2026 ASEAN-wide Team Selection Test
At least 20 participants: Delegation selected according to the top half of Finals performance, or (failing that) a strong APIO performance. Precisely:
- Anyone who has ever gotten an NOI.PH Finals medal or Honorable Mention award in the 2026 NOI Finals is invited
- For 2026 Finals, an HM is awarded to all in the top half of the scoreboard (top 20)
- Any official APIO participants (i.e. the top 6) are also invited, if not already among the above group.
23-24 May 2026 (SAT-SUN)

2026 IOI In-House Training
15 participants: Members selected as follows:
- All participants satisfying one of the following are invited:
- The IOI delegation (see below)
- NOI.PH 2026 Finals Gold and Silver medalists
- Official APIO participants (i.e. top 6)
- Then, top-scoring participants from the ASEAN TST are invited until 15 students are reached.
- In case of a tie, the Finals score will be used as a tie-breaker.
- If (somehow) still tied, APIO score will be used as secondary tie-breaker.
Note that unlike previous years, the Team Selection Test will not be conducted at this time.
It is purely a training activity.
Weekend of 26-28 June 2026 (FRI-SUN), TBD may include the THURS as well

4 participants: Delegation selected strictly according to ASEAN TST performance, taking the top 4 scorers.
- In case of a tie, the Finals score will be used as a tie-breaker.
- If (somehow) still tied, APIO score will be used as secondary tie-breaker.
